What to expect after you request an investigation.
Once you request an investigation, the process is fairly quick. In most cases we are able to perform the walkthrough within 24 hours of recieving the request. First, we will send you a questionaire via the email address you leave on our contact form. Once the form is completed and emailed back to us, we will set up a time to perform a walkthrough of the residence. During the walkthrough we will ask you to show us what has been happening and where the activity seems to be concentrated. We will bring an audio recorder for the interview as well as a video camera. This helps us determine ahead of time where to place our equipment during the investigation to achieve the best results. If you do not want to be recorded on audio or video just let us know. When the walkthrough is complete, we will set a time and date to perform the investigation and have you sign our confidentiality agreement.
We will perform an investigation at anytime during the day or night, but do prefer night time due to work schedules of our investigators. Some people choose to leave the home while we investigate and some choose to stay. Either option is perfectly fine with us, but we ask that you do not have anyone there that is not a resident of the home. We try to keep the audio and video contamination to a minimum by requesting this so that we do not have any "false audio".
